Having been let down on accommodation 48 hours before flying to Israel, I was recommended to contact Azi Alon. Although he was out of the country and on holiday, every email was promptly answered with great courtesy providing all the details and information I needed. As a result, our first trip to Israel was saved and the apartment proved to be spacious, comfortable and just what we needed. An extraordinary last minute service that literally saved our holiday. Jerusalem Lodges is a firm that truly takes customer service seriously and is more than prepared to go the extra mile to see that their customers’ needs are completely met. More importantly, you went the extra mile to accommodate my family: from stocking milk in our refrigerator to allowing us to utilize your office prior to our departure. Recently we rented the Disraeli-apartment from Jerusalem Lodges two times for about 10 consecutive days in a period of eight months. The apartment is situated in a quiet street. It is small but comfortablet, just well adapted for two persons. When we arrived, it was really very clean, both times.
We contacted Azi Alon by e-mail from home; his response was always quick polite, and cordial.
During our stay in Jerusalem he did everything to make us feel at home, he was very helpful and attentive. We are convinced that next time that we will go to Jerusalem we will contact Azi again for the rent of an apartment.

Azi of Jerusalem Lodges provided me with top notch service, extreme patience and a complete and total commitment to insuring that my stay was perfect. Upon arrival everything in the apartment was exactly as promised and all the special requests I had asked for had been attended to. I did need to call several times for small things that I wanted taken care of and he never made me feel that I was a nuisance and was kind and patient, most of all he always took my calls or returned my call within 5 minutes (a rarity nowadays). After I left the country he was very helpful in dealing with a few things I had left behind.
I’ve traveled for 30 years and never found anyone in this field of work so honest, responsive, thorough, caring and professional. I will use him again and I highly recommend him to anyone in Israel who needs a top of the line real estate agent.
We rented a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Jerusalem through Jerusalem Lodges during Chanukah 2011. The apartment was centrally located; a 10 minute walk to Mamilla Mall and a 5 minute walk to the restaurants near Ben Yehuda street. It was clean, well-furnished and comfortable. The bedrooms were well proportioned and the beds were terrific. It had all conveniences of home (satellite TV; WIFI; microwave; meat and dairy dishes etc). Azi and his team previewed the apartment for me before I rented it, and their description and pictures were accurate. When I arrived Azi met me at the apartment with the owner, and they patiently walked through everything until I was satisfied. The owner came back at the end of the period to walk through the apartment. Whenever I called Azi he called me right back and answered any questions I had. I would happily rent from Jerusalem Lodges on my next visit to Israel!
My husband and I have used Jerusalem Lodges for our housing in Jerusalem four times and have been very pleased with the service and accomodations. The staff considered our requirements and found us suitable, comfortable, well-located, and affordable apartments. If there was ever a problem with the facility, they addressed it promptly. My family and I have had the good fortune to visit Jerusalem many times over the years. We have stayed in a wide variety of hotels and rental apartment, but we found our favorite this year at 12 Lincoln. This one bedroom unit is spacious enough for an extended stay with a large kitchen, sunroom, washer and dryer, cable, internet, A/C, and plenty of solar hot water. But best of all the bedroom is dark, quiet and comfortable. In addition, the location is fantastic with easy walking access to the Old City, Ben Yehuda Mall, Yemin Moshe, the Jerusalem Theater, and just fifteen minutes to Machane Yehuda. We loved it and are looking forward to our next visit.
My wife and I have used the services of Jerusalem Lodges four times for one-month Sabbaticals in Jerusalem. Each time the owners (previously the Ellis family and now the Alon family) have proved reliable, courteous, and helpful. The apartments have been clean and neat and in the locations we requested. The improved web site now offers pictures of each apartment so the customer knows what to expect. Jerusalem, of course, is at the heart of every Zionist’s dream!
Azi and his team made everything so easy – from finding the perfect place in the right location to sorting out the details of fees and agreements. The apartment was lovely, just as described, and so well cared for. I will most definitely use them again in the future!
Our trip to Israel was fantastic and I am convinced that a great part of this experience was because of our apartment which we rented through Azi at Jerusalem Lodges. We stayed in Katimon near Emik Refaim, plenty of Shuls, and the numbers 4, 13, and 24 buses. The apartment was the most affordable in our research and very very comfortable.
In my fantasies of fantasies, I hope to be able to buy my own apartment and let Azi manage it. That is how well of a job he did.
And did I mention how patient and mild mannered Azi is? Dealing with people is hard, dealing with all sorts of people is even harder. Azi did a great job! G-d willing, I will be a repeat customer in about 2 years. Azi, please keep me in mind…

Our stay in the apt. On 3 Hildesheimer in the German Colony, was most pleasant in many levels. The apt. was so very centrally located, it was clean and comfy. Azi, the agent, was always attentive, polite and helpful. Any request from us was handled immediately and efficiently. All this has contributed to our having a memorable vacation in the Holy City of Jerusalem!
Our stay in Israel at 4 Haviv Berlin an apartment in Jerusalem that was fully furnished with all the aminities we were used to at home. This place bacame our home away from home. Our landlord was very helpful and really went out of his way to make our trip to Israel awesome. To us Jerusalem Lodges is the number one place to stay in Israel.
